Victoria Quay is an excellent place to take that Instagrammable photo, whether you are concentrating on sunrises and sunsets, historic sheds and boats like Sail Training Ship Leeuwin (above), cruise ships or massive container ships and cranes.

At night the port lights up and there is nothing more magical than a giant cruise ship with lights blazing departing the port for its next adventure. (Cruise ships are returning to the port from August 2022.)
